Are you passionate about social innovation, systems change, and working with leading changemakers across the Arab region?

Ashoka Arab World is hiring a Fellowship Program Officer to support and advance the work of our Ashoka Fellows—some of the most impactful social entrepreneurs in the region.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead onboarding and performance management for newly elected Ashoka Fellows

• Design and oversee strategic capacity-building and storytelling initiatives

• Manage fellow stipends and coordinate with finance teams

• Support fundraising, donor reporting, and partnership engagement

• Maintain a robust Fellow database and knowledge assets

• Connect Fellows with global Ashoka networks and events

• Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, political science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in social entrepreneurship, development, or policy research

• Excellent research, writing, and program management skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce and Office360 are a plus)

• A commitment to social impact and working in diverse, collaborative environments
