Are you passionate about social innovation, systems change, and working with leading changemakers across the Arab region?
Ashoka Arab World is hiring a Fellowship Program Officer to support and advance the work of our Ashoka Fellows—some of the most impactful social entrepreneurs in the region.
🔹 What You’ll Do:

Lead onboarding and performance management for newly elected Ashoka Fellows
-
Design and oversee strategic capacity-building and storytelling initiatives
-
Manage fellow stipends and coordinate with finance teams
-
Support fundraising, donor reporting, and partnership engagement
-
Maintain a robust Fellow database and knowledge assets
-
Connect Fellows with global Ashoka networks and events
-
Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, political science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
-
5+ years of experience in social entrepreneurship, development, or policy research
-
Excellent research, writing, and program management skills
-
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce and Office360 are a plus)
-
A commitment to social impact and working in diverse, collaborative environments
