Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals to deliver a DevOps technical training and job placement program for 25 unemployed youth (50% women), aged 18–30, in Cairo.

💡 About the Program

This 4–5 week training initiative aims to:

• Equip participants with practical DevOps skills (e.g. Docker, CI/CD, Azure, AWS/GCP, Infrastructure as Code)

• Deliver soft skills training (handled by EFE-Egypt)

• Ensure at least 90% job placement within 4 months of graduation

The selected consultant will:

• Source and enroll 25 youth meeting the criteria

• Co-develop and deliver a market-driven technical curriculum

• Provide job placement and matchmaking support

• Deliver a post-training M&E report with outcomes and assessment data

• Proposed methodology, training structure, and curriculum

• Training timeline, trainer bios, and delivery method

• Budget breakdown

• Monitoring & Evaluation plan
