Plan International Egypt is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Youth Inclusion and Employment project under the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP).
As part of Plan International — a global organization committed to advancing children’s rights and equality for girls — you’ll play a critical role in empowering young women and men with the skills, confidence, and tools to succeed in today’s economy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution

Manage budgets, deliverables, and donor compliance

Ensure gender-transformative programming and youth safeguarding
-
Engage stakeholders and partners to create impact
-
Support youth in developing life skills, employment qualifications, and entrepreneurship readiness

Proven experience in project coordination and youth programming

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the Egyptian context and challenges facing youth employment

Commitment to gender equality and child/youth safeguarding
