Plan International Egypt is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Youth Inclusion and Employment project under the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP).

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution

• Manage budgets, deliverables, and donor compliance

• Ensure gender-transformative programming and youth safeguarding

• Engage stakeholders and partners to create impact

• Support youth in developing life skills, employment qualifications, and entrepreneurship readiness

• Proven experience in project coordination and youth programming

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the Egyptian context and challenges facing youth employment

• Commitment to gender equality and child/youth safeguarding
